B.L.T. (Butts, Legs, & Thighs): Take your core routine to a new level. This class focuses on strengthening and toning the lower body using a variety of equipment and core exercises.
Cardio Salsa: Have fun and burn calories while learning basic salsa moves in this highly energetic, cardio class!
Core Conditioning: Engage your core muscles as you strengthen your entire body. This fun and challenge will focus on the core while increasing muscular strength and endurance.
Fit Mix: A little of everything for everyone! This class uses a variety of equipment, exercises, and training styles to build strengthen all the major muscle groups, while also increasing cardio capacity and flexibility.
Hip Hop**: Enjoy an energetic and fast-paced dance class while learning rhythm, coordination, musicality, and hip hop choreography!
Kick, Punch, Crunch: This high intensity aerobic workout combines kickboxing combinations to develop cardiovascular fitness, agility, and quickness, all while strengthening the core!
Kick & Step: Combine challenging kickboxing and punching moves with step routines for an intense aerobic workout!
Step & Sculpt: Combine challenging step routines with resistance exercise. This full body cardio and strength workout will help develop muscular strength and endurance for all fitness enthusiasts!
Spin:
This cardio class combines basic
cycling movements with motivational coaching on stationary
cycles. Strengthen your lower body and cardiovascular system
while burning calories in an inspiring group environment add in
some abs and/or strengthening exercises for an extra challenge.
