Faculty/Staff Fund Drive 2006-2007
The Faculty/Staff Fund Drive supports many worthy projects including:
- Scholarships and grants for students
- Cash awards for students with 4.0 GPAs at the end of each academic year
- The Student Honors Day Program
- Faculty and Staff Enhancement Projects
- Faculty/ Staff Awards
You may choose to dedicate your contribution in general to the area of greatest need, to your own department, or another department or school so that its work may be enhanced.
President's Message:
As many of you are aware, I have been talking about fundraising for some time, so it should not come as a surprise to anyone that I believe this must now be one of our major focuses. To enhance our fundraising capability we first need to accept the notion that generating a greater portion of our total annual budget is our responsibility. We also need to adjust, organizationally, to support increased efforts in this area. And, we will need to develop expertise in fundraising.

The Mission of the CSU Foundation is to assist Clayton State University by attracting financial and other resources to achieve the University's mission and goals to educate students and support faculty and staff and to increase community awareness.
In Pursuit of Excellence - Pathways to Excellence
Continuing an established program of providing scholarships for outstanding area students, members of the Board of Trustees of the CSU Foundation also include the following areas in their program of work:
- Scholarships for superior new students
- Scholarships for continuing students who have been awarded scholarships in previous years
- Grants for able and talented students who need financial assistance in order to attend college
- Student Honors Day Program
- Faculty/Staff Recognition Program
- Quality Enhancement Projects designed to improve teaching and learning
