| The Center for Academic Success includes experienced staff and peer tutors, student lab assistants, and an administrative staff. This team works to ensure that the Center's services address the needs of the entire campus community. The CAS's administrative and instructional personnel have advanced training in their fields and come from a wide variety of backgrounds. |

Dr. Mark Daddona is the Director of the Center for Academic Success and Assistant Professor of Psychology. He holds a Ph.D. in Counseling & Student Personnel Services from the University of Georgia. He is also a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). When not handling administrative duties, he enjoys helping students reach their academic potential through individual academic counseling, teaching CSU 1022 (University Foundations), and facilitating class presentations and workshops related to motivation, study strategies,time management, and stress management. |

JoAnn Quattlebaum is the Administrative Specialist/Coordinator in the CAS. She has worked at Clayton State University for over twenty-five years. She assists in administering the broad range of CAS programs and manages the day-to-day activities of the Center. |

Kathy Garrison is the Assistant Director. She coordinates the Tutoring Program and Supplemental Instruction program. In addition, she schedules workshops and advises Learning Support students. She has worked at Clayton State for nineteen years. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from North Georgia College and a Master's Degree in Mathematical Sciences from Clemson University. |

Elise R. Rhodes is the Instructional Services Coordinator for the Center for Academic Success. In this position she provides academic advisement, facilitates academic success workshops, administers the Study Behavior Inventory Assessment, and coordinates the P.A.T.H. Peer Mentor Program. She holds a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Nursing and post-graduate education in Higher Education Administration, Ms. Rhodes enjoys helping students meet their personal, academic and career goals through advisement, teaching and instruction, and mentorship. |

Erica Jackson is the Academic Advisor in the Center for Academic Success. Erica has a Bachelors degree in Sociology and a Master’s in Student Personnel Administration with a concentration in counseling from Buffalo State College. Erica enjoys working in the field of Higher Education and plans to further her academic studies and career goals by receiving a Ph.D. in Educational Counseling. She enjoys working with students and providing quality service. Erica's passion is to make certain every student meets all goals set forth, by providing advisement and a helping hand. |

Hayes Doane |
Hayes Doane is the Academic Writing Specialist. Hayes holds a BFA in Theatre and English from Southern Methodist University, and an MA in Children’s Literature from the University of Surrey, Roehampton in London, England. She has taught writing at every level, from elementary to post-graduate, and also wrote a series of classroom study guides for Youth Academy Press, Canada. |

Kimberly Dyer |
Kimberly Dyer is a Mathematics Specialist for the Center for Academic Success. She is a Ph.D. student in mathematics and is currently finishing her dissertation. She received her Master’s Degree in mathematics from Michigan State University and her Bachelor’s from Kalamazoo College. |
