Instructions for Scheduling a Peer Tutoring/Staff Appointment
If you have followed these instructions, but are unable to get into TutorTrac (the appointment scheduling system), then you may not have an active Clayton State University email address (for example, csu11111@mail.claytonstate.net). You will need an active Clayton State University email address before you are allowed to schedule an appointment.
- Print these instructions; it will be easier to follow along.
- Click on the following link: http://tutoring.clayton.edu
- Enter your User Name (first letter of first name immediately followed by last name – all lower case, no spaces).
- Enter your Password (your current DUCK PIN).
- Select “LOGIN”
- Choose “Make Appointment” from the brown bar at the top.
- Select the name/number of the course for which you need assistance. This will list all of the one-hour peer tutoring appointments available for your course.
- Click on “Search”
- Select a date and time by clicking on the time slot that you prefer.
- In the “Request Help In,” slot, enter the course number and topic (for example, Math1101 - graphing) for which you are seeking assistance.
- Choose “Save Appointment”
- Once your appointment has been confirmed, you may exit out by selecting “Exit” or closing the window on your screen.
Appointment Rules
- Appointments must be made at least one day prior to appointment time.
- Cancellations must be made before the day of the appointment,
- An $8.00 fee will be charged for missed appointments because the CAS must still pay the peer tutor even though a student misses an appointment.

Instructions for Canceling Appointments
- Follow steps 1 through 4 above.
- After logging in, you will see a list of the appointments that you currently have. Select/ click on the date of the appointment that you wish to cancel.
- Select “Delete”
- Follow step 12 above.
