Communications and Technology Services - Voice Communications
Telecommunications services at Clayton College and State University are handled on-campus by Communications and Technology Services in conjunction with the State of Georgia Technical Authority (GTA).
Requests for Service: All requests for services should be on a purchase request/ work request form and sent to Dawn Krieger. It is no longer necessary to send these forms to purchasing.
When service requests are completed and faxed to DOAS, please allow 10-15 business days* for work to be complete. Requested work may need to be completed by BellSouth. Please allow 15-20 business days* for any work to be completed by BellSouth. If both vendors services are requested, your request may take up to 35 business days to be completed.
Until further notice you will be charged 32.50 for each voice mail password reset. The amount of time to reset a password has also changed from 24 hrs to 5 -10 business days.
