• List available position(s).
   
• Select the preferred student from qualified candidates.
   
• Work with student to develop appropriate learning objectives for the experiential learning experience.
   
• Provide a supervised learning experience that permits the student to meet her/his learning objectives.
   
• Communicate periodically with CSU representatives regarding student's work performance.
   
• Complete a final evaluation that will provide information for determining the student's grade.
