Peer Financial Counseling

We are looking for the new Student Coordinator for PFC

 

Job Title: Student Coordinator, Peer Financial Counseling Program (PFC)

General Responsibility: To assist the staff coordinator in the administration of the PFC program

Compensation: $8.00-$10.00

Responsibilities:

  • Commit to at least one year of work coordinating the PFC Program
  • Recruit student PFC counselors
  • Train student PFC counselors
  • Serve as an advocate for the PFC program on campus
  • Be a PFC representative at student functions
  • Develop strategies for promoting the program
  • Schedule and coordinate times, places, and counselors to conduct presentations
  • Make PFC presentations as needed
  • Prepare and submit complete program reports to Program Coordinator on time

Requirements

  • Complete rigorous training and attend at least two (2) PFC presentations
  • Commit to at least one academic year with the program
  • Maintain a professional attitude
  • Must attend CSU at least half-time for academic year
  • Submit application with resume and 2 references attached
