Dorothy Adams Memorial Scholarship
This memorial scholarship for Dorothy Adams was established by Ben Loggins and the Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta, Inc. Applicants must be enrolled at Clayton State in the Department of Psychology and Human Services, must be a continuing student with a minimum 2.8 institutional GPA, and must demonstrate financial need which is determined after completion of the 2007-2008 FAFSA. Preference will be given to students pursuing a degree in psychology and human services including a career in a Southern Crescent helping service organization.


Atlanta Air Cargo Association Scholarship
This scholarship was created by the Atlanta Air Cargo Association. Applicants must be enrolled at CSU and be admitted to the School of Business . Preference will be given to applicants who have completed or who are enrolled in at lest one of the Logistics and Supply Chain Management Concentration courses and who are continuing students with a minimum 2.8 GPA. Consideration will be given to student focusing on studies in the international trade, logistics and/or transportation business field.


Mitchell C. Bishop (Airport Rotary) Scholarships
This scholarship was established by the Atlanta Airport Rotary Club in memory of Mr. Mitchell C. Bishop, one of the club’s distinguished members. Applicants must have a minimum 3.0 institutional GPA.


James M. Cox, Jr. Scholarships
These scholarships are provided by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution (AJC). Applicants must be full-time students pursuing an associate or bachelor’s degree in either the School of Business or School of Technology, have a minimum 3.0 institutional GPA, be U.S. citizen, and demonstrate financial need which is determined after completion of the 2007-2008 FAFSA.


J.E. Edmonds Scholarships
These scholarships are for students who are teacher education majors with priority given to graduates of Clayton County high schools. Applicants must have at least 30 semester hours at CSU, be accepted to the teacher education program, and have a minimum 3.0 institutional grade point average.


Ford Motor Company Scholarship
This scholarship is sponsored by Ford Motor Company. Applicants must be full-time students who have earned at least 20 semester hours at CSU with a minimum 3.5 institutional GPA.


Heritage Bank Scholarship
This scholarship has been established by Heritage Bank. Applicants must be full-time at CSU, be admitted to School of Business , and demonstrate financial need which is determined after completion of the 2007-2008 FAFSA. Preference will be given to continuing students with a minimum 2.8 GPA but consideration will be given to students with a 2.5 GPA.


Hetterman Memorial Scholarship
This memorial scholarship for Mr. Don Hetterman was established by his family for a student in the Aviation Maintenance program. Applicants must have a minimum 2.5 institutional GPA, be U.S. citizen, and demonstrate financial need which is determined after completion of the 2007-2008 FAFSA. If there is no eligible student in the AVMT program, funds will be awarded to a student within the College of Professional Studies.


Booker T. Izell Scholarship
This scholarship was created by Cox Enterprises and its employees and friends to honor Booker T. Izell. Applicants must be enrolled full-time at CSU, be admitted to the School of Business , and demonstrate financial need which is determined after completion of the 2007-2008 FAFSA.. Preference will be given to continuing students who have a 2.8 or better GPA but consideration will be given to students with a 2.5 or better GPA.


Bobby L. Johnson Scholarship
This memorial scholarship for Mrs. Bobby L. Johnson was established by her family for an Eagle Scout from the Metro Atlanta Region. Applicants must be enrolled in, or admitted to, CSU and be continuing students with a minimum 2.8 GPA.


Allan and Elizabeth Marshall Scholarship
This scholarship is available for a student enrolled at Clayton State University in the School of Arts and Sciences. Applicants must be non-traditional students and have a minimum 3.0 institutional GPA. Preference will be given to a female age 30 or above who is enrolled full time.


Gloria Jean (Scott) McElhannon Memorial Scholarship
This memorial scholarship for Gloria Jean (Scott) McElhannon will be used to financially assist African American students who are enrolled at CSU. Applicants must be admitted, to CSU, must be enrolled full-time, must have a minimum 2.5 GPA, must be African American, and must demonstrate financial need which is determined after completion of the 2007-2008 FAFSA. Entering freshmen are eligible to apply.


Julius B. Pulliam Scholarships
The Pulliam Foundation provides scholarships for students who have earned at least 20 semester hours at CSU with a minimum 3.0 institutional GPA.


Alice J. Smith Memorial Scholarship
This scholarship was established as a memorial to Alice J. Smith. Applicants must be nursing major, have junior status in program, and have a minimum 3.0 institutional GPA.


John Word West Scholarships
The John Word West Foundation offers scholarships to new students, both freshmen and transfer, who will begin CSU Fall Semester 2007. Beginning freshmen must have a minimum 3.0 recalculated high school GPA (academic classes only) and a minimum SAT score of 1000 or ACT composite of 21. Transfer students must have a minimum 3.0 cumulative transfer GPA on transferable credits.
