Application Checklist
Make sure you have submitted all the necessary items to complete your file. Incomplete scholarship files will not be considered by the CSU Scholarship Committee. Please utilize this checklist to assure your file is complete.
- Remove application and recommendation forms from brochure.
- Complete and sign scholarship application.
- Submit two recommendation forms (make sure you complete and sign all required areas).
- Complete 2007-2008 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) by April 27, 2007 if you wish to be considered for need-based scholarships. (for need-based scholarships)
- Submit all other required information by deadline of April 27, 2007.
If you will be a new student to CSU, make sure you also complete the following by the scholarship application deadline:
- Apply for admission to CSU.
- Submit high school and/or college transcripts to the Office of Admissions by April 27, 2007. If required, submit copy of SAT or ACT scores.
