Scholarship Donors and Sponsors
If you would like your scholarship information posted on our website, please send an email to FinancialAid@clayton.edu. Please include a brief description of the scholarship, the scholarship award amount and your website address for applying. You may also send the application to us as either a Word document or a PDF file for posting on our website.

If you are currently a scholarship donor, please follow the instructions below for submitting funds and/or information:

If there are specific instructions, they should be included with scholarship check.
The Bursar's Office will notify the Financial Aid Office regarding the:
o Scholarship recipient/student
o Amount of scholarship
o Appropriate term for the scholarship
Scholarship funds will be applied towards the student account for appropriate term.
If the student is entitled to a refund, then scholarship refunds will follow all other refunds policy and procedures set forth by the Bursar's Office.
