Office of Grant & Contract Programs

The Office of Grant & Contract Programs, an organizational unit under the Department of Budget & Finance, functions as the primary financial service and support office for faculty and staff in the post-award phase of sponsored research, instruction, training, demonstration or pilot programs, evaluation, and professional development activities. Internal support structures are maintained to facilitate the fiscal administration of sponsored funding through provision of timely information, technical expertise, and assistance.

The office is responsible for the post-award financial administration of contracts, grants, cooperative agreements, and other binding documents, provides assistance as needed to faculty and staff in the administration of programs, and acts as the liaison with federal, state and private funding sources concerning related fiscal issues.
