Important Financial Information for On-campus Housing Students
Freshman Live-on Campus Requirement
As a part of the University's Student Success initiatives,
all
first-time and transferring freshmen who enroll fulltime are required
to live in the on-campus Residence Hall for the 2010-11 academic
year, with some exceptions (See
exemption policy).
Research has shown that
students who begin their college career living on campus have an
easier time making the social and academic transition from high
school to college. This is because a residence hall experience
provides services, leadership opportunities, and programs
specifically designed for undergraduate students.
Other current Clayton State and transfer students have the opportunity to
live in Laker Hall, as space permits.
Please refer to the menu links to the left and above for
information on how to secure your spot for this exciting
opportunity to be among the first students to live on campus!
You will also find information about the advantages of living on
campus, the cost of room and board, suite and bedroom unit
floorplans.
