HOUSING STUDENTS WITH ACCOUNT BALANCES:

Laker Hall move-in begins on Friday, January 8, 2010.

You will not be permitted to move into Laker Hall until you pay your balance in full or set up a payment plan (see above).   In addition, your class schedule and housing contract is subject to cancellation, if your balance is not paid or you do not have a payment plan in place.

Important Note Regarding Signed Housing Contracts and Cancellations:

New Freshman Students:  If you have a signed housing contract and your class schedule is cancelled, you will forfeit your paid reservation deposit, and you will be assessed a Housing Contract Cancellation Fee ($500.00).   Please note also that the Freshman Live-on Campus Requirement still applies to all new fulltime freshman students regardless of a class schedule/housing contract cancellation (unless a live-on requirement exemption has been granted).

Continuing, Current, and Transfer Students:  If you have a signed housing contract and your class schedule is cancelled, you will forfeit your paid reservation deposit, and you will be assessed a Housing Contract Cancellation Fee ($500.00).
