Housing Reservation Process and Deadlines

Students who are required, or those who opt, to live in on-campus housing, must complete and return a Housing Reservation Form, along with payment of the applicable Reservation Deposit.
 

Reservation Deposit Payments and Refund Requests
Reservation Deposits may be paid by check (payable to Clayton State), credit card, money order, cashier check, debit card, and must accompany the Housing Reservation Form.  Students who cancel their reservation in writing with the Housing Office prior to contract signing will receive a refund of the reservation deposit in accordance with the following schedule:

After: April 1 July 1 December 1 $300 0%

Housing Confirmation Process

Once a reservation form and deposit are submitted, students will subsequently receive additional information about the Housing Confirmation Process. This will include information on choosing a suitemate, meal plan selection, and completing the required Housing Contract document, which commits you to live on campus for a specified number of semesters.
