Housing Reservation Process and Deadlines
First time freshmen who have been admitted to Clayton State
University and who are planning to attend for Fall Semester
2008, must complete and return the
Housing
Reservation Form enclosed in the acceptance packet, along with payment of a $100 Reservation
Fee (See applicable Reservation Fee Refund
Schedule).
New transfer students may opt to live in on-campus
housing and a reservation may be made by submitting a completed
Housing
Reservation Form along with payment of a $100 Reservation
Fee
Housing reservation forms and fee must be submitted by July
1, 2008. By doing so, you will receive priority consideration in
the housing confirmation process including roommate selection.
Don't delay! After July 1, additional fees apply!

Last Day to Receive the Housing Reservation Form and Reservation
Fee - July 31
Reservation Fee can be paid by check (payable to Clayton State),
credit card, money order, cashier check,
debit card. The Reservation Fee must be sent in with the Housing
Reservation Form.
If you did not receive or have lost your Housing Reservation
Form, you can download another from this site or you may request
an application by calling Housing Services at (678) 466-HOME
(4663) or email
housing@clayton.edu.
Reservation Fee Refund Schedule
New freshman and transfer students who cancel
in writing with the Housing and Residence Life Office
prior to contract signing will receive a refund of the Reservation Fee as follows:
Before June 1 $75 Refund
June 1 – July 14 $50 Refund
July 15 and after No Refund

Housing Confirmation Process
Once a Reservation Form and Fee is submitted, students will subsequently receive additional information about the Housing Confirmation Process. This will include information on Roommate Selection, Meal Plan Choices, and completing the required Housing Contract document, which commits you to live on campus for a specified number of semesters.
