First-Year Student Live-On Campus Opportunity/
Exemption Policy

Beginning with the entering first-year class for Fall 2008, all first-time full-time students (registration for 12 semester hours or more) will be required to live on-campus in University housing for both the fall and spring semesters. First-time full-time students beginning their studies during the summer session will be required to live on campus for the summer, fall and spring semesters.

This policy has been designed to promote student success and to enhance campus life at Clayton State University. Students living on-campus will be afforded the opportunity to participate in a “Living Learning Community” and will have additional access to educational, social and cultural programming.
