The Library Archives currently has an “unprocessed” collection.  That means that the collections have not been described and arranged for research use.  There are no finding aids available for the many collections we have.

We are looking forward to processing the books, manuals, yearbooks, scrapbooks, photographs, slides, videos, CDs, news clippings, reports, brochures, catalogs, time capsules, and flyers, etc.  Once the many collections have been arranged and described, we will update the web site to let you know what we have available for research.

The Library Archives is planning to house collections of the Campus Review, The Bent Tree, annual reports, course catalogs, special event photographs, club and organization history and documents, and yearbooks.  The Archives will also maintain and preserve documents relating to the history of Clayton College & State University , faculty papers and publications, meeting minutes, and other valuable records.
