Clayton State faculty and staff are able to view and update personal information, and view paycheck and benefits information online. This convenient service is available to you at work, home, or even while you are on vacation, simply by accessing a secured portal through the Clayton State HR Website.

Some features of the employee self service system include:

  • Viewing and printing paycheck information
  • Maintaining your current address, email, and phone number
  • Updating direct deposit information
  • Viewing benefits enrollments
  • Viewing dependent/beneficiary data
  • Updating State and Federal tax withholdings
