Families First Employee Assistance Program - Now You Can Phone It In!
Something going on that you need to talk about but don't have time to meet with a counselor in person? Families First is now offering telephone counseling as an alternative.
Most people juggle a lot of daily activities… between family, work and personal needs. It's very difficult to make every appointment, every ball game, every recital, every meeting. Life is stressful enough… so we're excited to provide this option. Telephone counseling offers the same professional treatment our clients have enjoyed face to face. It just provides more flexibility, something we can all use!
The Phone Counseling option is a prepaid benefit, like the other services offered by your EAP. For more information on Families First telephone counseling services or to schedule a session, please call 404-853-2823.
