Master Plan

Jacobs Facilities, Inc. has been retained for upgrading the Master Plan, and revisions are currently under consideration. Revisions will be made in accordance with the University System of Georgia Master Plan Template.

Current initiatives focus on:

• Review of academic mission and identification of future strategies
• Update of enrollment projections
• Planning for future space and facility needs
• Future physical options -- building/facility location, parking, and circulation
• Identifying real estate zones/sectors to assess for future opportunities
• Evaluation of condition and utility of existing campus buildings

Areas covered by the plan include history of the college, goal formulation, existing campus conditions, future campus requirements, physical master plan, and implementation. The full text of the Master Plan is held in the Office of the Director of Facilities Management.
