Thank you for agreeing to be an exhibitor at the 2005 Clayton State University Earth Day & Transportation Fair. Please complete the following information and either print this out and return by fax (770-960-5129) or submit it on-line no later than March 21, 2005.

 

Clayton State University Earth Day & Transportation Fair, Morrow, GA

University Center Courtyard (weather permitting) or inside


 Registration/Setup time:  10:00 a.m. - 10:40 a.m.
 Objective: To promote and educate about our environment and ways that one can make a difference for others. Related topics: a better environment, how to care of the Earth and others, community services, volunteerism, alternate transportation, and more.

Exhibitors are provided: One 6' table, two chairs, plastic table cover
Electrical outlet needed (Electricity is very limited and on a 1st come 1st service basis. Bring your own extension cords-these are not provided)

We are in need of contributions for food, snacks and beverages.  Suggestions for donations are greatly appreciated.

WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO HAVE A DOOR PRIZE DRAWING AT YOUR TABLE to encourage students, employees and others to stop by and talk with you. If you would rather not have the drawing at your table but would like to provide a door prize, we will be glad to conduct the drawing for you.
