Official Grade Mailer
Starting with the Spring 2000 term, we will no longer mail official grade mailers. For most students' purposes, grades posted on the DUCK will be adequate. For those students who require an official set of grades for tuition reimbursement purposes, we will provide official grade mailers. Please print the form on the next page and either mail or bring it to our office.
Please allow 5 business days after receipt of your form for mailing or pickup. Your signature IS REQUIRED. If you have questions about the new official grade mailers, please call the Office of the Registrar at (678) 466-4145.
