Enrollment/Degree Verification
Clayton State University has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to act as our agent for all verifications of student enrollment and award of degrees. Students may request a verification of enrollment by via the DUCK. Once you have logged into the DUCK, click on Personal Information. To verify a degree, please visit the Clearinghouse online at www.studentclearinghouse.org or contact them by phone at (703) 742-4200.
We cannot provide verification of enrollment for future terms.
Private Loans
If you have a PRIVATE loan and need to verify your enrollment for your lender, you will need to forward the form provided by your lender to the address below. This applies to private loans only. Subsidized or Unsubsidized Stafford loans will be verified electronically by your lender and you do not need to mail in your verification form.
