This Safety and Security website was mandated by the University's Safety Task Force. This website is the central online location for all University policies and procedures relating to safety and security, and it exists to ensure that the University community is knowledgeable of these policies. The participation and earnest cooperation of all faculty, staff, students, and visitors are actively encouraged.
All members of the University community share the responsibility to provide and maintain a safe and healthful campus environment and to reduce or eliminate known hazards. Each individual is expected to exercise appropriate care in the conduct of his or her activities to preserve the safety and health of self and others.
