Getting Started!

Your journey to fitness starts with a professional fitness assessment and personalized instruction in use of our CrossLine Circuit equipment. Read about the details of our Fitness Assessment HERE.

Through a combination of aerobic exercises and strength-training exercises, the CrossLine™ Circuit workout provides total-body conditioning in one efficient session. Using this approach, you can expect improvements in your cardiorespiratory fitness, muscular strength, and muscular endurance with only three 30-minutes workouts per week.

Cross training is ideal because it addresses all of the following:

  • flexibility
  • body composition
