The next Staff Council meeting will be held on Thursday, March 25, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. in UC 260.
Mission
The purpose of the Staff Council is
- To participate in the process of university governance by acting in an advisory capacity to the University President
- To represent all members of the Clayton State staff
- To facilitate communication throughout the University
Services
Staff Council serves the employees of Clayton State by offering professional development activities, scholarship opportunities, the Staff Matters newsletter, and a forum through which to voice concerns.
Performs
Staff Council performs by acting as an advocate for all members of the Clayton State staff. Monthly meetings provide a forum through which to discuss concerns and receive information.
Supports
Staff Council supports the Clayton State staff through three standing committee: Elections, Professional Development and Smith Awards.
