Project Details:
Facilities - Currently slated for new freshmen and
features student meeting spaces, a convenience store,
multi-purpose rooms and a laundry area.
Size - the largest building on campus, 178,000 square feet, with
451 beds in 108 units on four floors.
Funding - a bond project with the Development Authority of
Clayton County the issuing agency. Owned by
CSU Foundation Real Estate
I LLC, and leased to the University System with the lease
payments coming from housing rental.
Total hard cost - $21
million.
Completion Date – August 2008
