Independent Study Exams
Students who are taking Independent Study or Distance Learning courses at other institutions may elect to have their paper exams administered at Clayton State University through the Testing Center.
Those students must:
- find out and follow their home institution's procedures for off-site testing
- call the Testing Center at (678) 466-4495 to schedule an appointment. Our regular hours during the semester are 7:30 am to 7:00 pm Monday-Wednesday and 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Thursday-Friday. Our hours during semester breaks and the first week of the semester are 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.
- bring a photo ID and cash or money order for $30 made payable to Clayton State University. Exams lasting more than 3 hours will be $50.
The Testing Center will not administer computerized independent-study exams, and we reserve the right to limit or deny service.
